Commercial Serveries

Our commercial serveries are manufactured to provide lasting solutions in all of the most demanding food service outlets. For this particular project we designed and installed serveries and counters with a stainless steel top finish.

 

R. Briggs are capable of bespoke servery counter modifications to include the fitting of dropping bain marie’s and heated gantries.

 

R. Briggs carried out a refurbishment of the school kitchen, located in Colne, Lancashire,  for the servery counter. We worked alongside our client and designed and produced scale and a 3D image of the proposed installation. Our installation team then carried out the full removal of the existing server counter to reaplce it with an R. Briggs manufactured bespoke server which included,

• Heated gantry’s
• A bain marie
• Hot cupboards
• Rear refrigeration
• Ambient storage
• Powder coated front facia to match the existing décor of the canteen area
• Refrigerated multi deck display
