Isolabella’s is a popular Leyland restaurant and had a complete kitchen refurbishment courtesy of R. Briggs.

 

We installed a small commercial kitchen and preparation/wash area at the restaurant, which included:

• Bottle Coolers
• Glass Washer
• Refrigerated pizza preparation top
• Bespoke stainless steel benches, sinks, shelving and stands
• Bespoke extraction canopy complete with fresh air return and the R Briggs 1650 gas interlocking system
• Flacon six burner oven range
• Cuppone three deck pizza oven
• Storage refrigeration and freezers
